Altarian Prophecy and Metaverse

When your game is submitted your serial number will be submitted along with your score. All scores on the Metaverse are directly tied to your player name and your serial number. At some point if you upgrade to Altarian Prophecy you will receive a new serial number. Once you have received this new serial number you should register Altarian Prophecy on your system via Stardock Central. Then you should upgrade your Player Registration on the Metaverse to include your new serial number by converting your old scores to use the new Altarian Prophecy serial. Because of the different serial numbers you must convert your old scores, submitted under your GalCiv serial number, to the Altarian Prophecy serial number in order for both your old and new scores to show up together. On the Player Registration page there is a separate section for you to convert your serial number. Enter your Altarian Prophecy serial number there and press the convert button. This action will change all your scores to use your new Altarian Prophecy serial number and then change your player registration to use this number as well. From this point on all future scores should be submitted using the Altarian Prophecy serial number and should show up on the Metaverse along with your old scores. If for some reason you have already entered your Altarian Prophecy serial number but did not go through the conversion process don't worry. Just re-register your player with your original GalCiv serial number. Then return to the Player Registration screen and the conversion form will now be available. Just follow the process outlined above.

And yes Campaigns can be submitted to the Metaverse.

I have my Altarian Prophecy serial number and already have registered through Stardock Central.
But on the Metaverse registration page, I can only see an option to convert to a Totalgaming.net serial number (not an AP serial number). When I try to enter my AP serial number here, I get :
"Registration Failed: You have entered an invalid serial number".
The same thing happens when I try to enter my AP SN in the original SN field.

Is the Metaverse re-registering process for Altarian Prophecy alone different from Totalgaming.net ?
(I still can't see the option to re-register for AP).



Do you mean the whole campaign (at the end), or each scenario ?

I think you'll need to contact Stardock by email for help if this doesn't work. Unfortunately, you'll probably need to wait til after the holidays for a response.

And only the whole campaign score can be submitted.

Sounds like to me that there is duplicate or wrong data for your account. I had the same thing happening and was told how to fix it. I wish I could recall how. contact: [email protected] Pat will help you out.
