Installing Cursers ??????

How do I install them after I download them????? Please Help.

Where did you get the Cursors from?  If they are from wincustomize.com, they are for CursorXP.  You need the program in order to run it.  It can be found at:  https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/

Yes, I got them from here at xpthemes. Is that the same as wincustomize.com? Thank you for your help.

Yeah, XPthemes uses Joeuser (where you are right now) forums as its forums.  So, yes, those are CursorXP Cursors so all you need to do is download and install it (there is a free version that is on that page that I linked to) to use them.
