Need help updating Galactic Civilizations

Ok, I just bought GC. I run Stardock, it tells me what to update, I say ok, it tells me it failed to validate my registration. If I try to register, despite the fact that my serial number is already there and correct, it tells me the same thing. The e-mail I am using is the same one in my account, the same one I logged into Stardock with. I tried re-typing the registration code just to be sure but once again it said it didn't like it. How do I get this thing to work?
