Cant install DeskScape!

Hi,

I've just download the Stardock DeskScape from download.com!Then I install it, but the error appears : ...is not a valid Win32 application.

I read the requirement, it seems that The system only needs Windows Vista Ultimate, not 64-bit only!

So why did I get this error?And are there any solution for it?
