I have a few questions...

Just checked out the Political Machine, and I'm quite impressed. I am a little lost because there's not a lot of documentation available, so any help will be appreciated.

1) When the question marks come up, it seems that my opponent always gets to them first, because he goes first. I don't have the opportunity to 'fly' to that state until he's done with his moves, and he grabs all the goodies before I can. Is this by design?

2) The online documentation mentions that you can meet the press and talk with local reporters. For the life of me, I can not find the button to push that enables this.

3) The online documentation also mentions a presidential debate. I've played twice, and I didn't have any debates. Is it random? Am I just missing the alert that tells me when the debate is to occur?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1) You should be able to move at the same time as your opponent.

2) When you see the camera icon on the map, go to that state and you can go on an interview. To create newspaper, radio, or tv ads, click on the create ad button.

3) There are no debates. I don't know where that came from.

Hi CariElf, thanks for answering my questions!

I just tried 1) again. And you are right, I can move when my opponent is. Chalk this up to user idiocy.

2) and 3) are mentioned in 'The Game' link on this site. But that documentation may not be up to date any more. I'm happy that I'm not missing something obvious, at least.
