Non-capitol experience

Simple question: is i possible to create a mod in which all ships earn experience and level up? I always liked the expernece mechanic for Civ, C&C, and now this. I just can't see a reason to deny the smaller ships exp bonuses.

If doable the second question is can the white flash that accompanies leveling be removed from these smaller craft as it would only be annoying.

From looking in the files, yes it can be done, but I haven't tried that yet.

As far as the white flash, I have no clue. Sorry.

it can be done easily, just simply need to adept the cap ships XP gaining. Maybe 3-4 level is would be good for frigates/cruisers.
