I can't find the mod thing on options help me.

So... i search this • Start the game and open the Mods screen. (Options->Mods).
but i can't see in options - mod or mod screen so can you tell what is going on and do i have to possess different versions or something like that. My version of the game is 1.0 .

Update the game. You can find the 1.02 patch via the Get Updates button in-game, or you can update via Stardock Central.
