Problems with Ironclad Online Account name

I registered an account name for my Serial number and can't remember what it is. Is there any way to get the user name and password sent to my email address as a remainder.

(If I try to create a new user name with my serial number it gives an error)

Wow thats an big "Ooops." I suggest using the IRC to get someone to help you right away, otherwise you can "try" to email them. They will get the mail but it will take days for them to read probably with the volume they receive.
