Which .entity has pirate arrival interval?

I want to change the pirates so they arrive every 45 minutes rather than eveyr 10.. but I can't find which file it is in.. someone already made a mod that makes it 20-25 minutes ... but his mod includes every single .entity file so I have no way of seeing what he changed or which file.

Anyone know?
