DA bonuses math

I was wondering how the math behind the bonuses (race, tile, resource, etc)worked as it applies to the all factory strategy (or conversely, the all labs strategy). My understanding (correct me if I'm wrong) was the formula was something like this:

(pp*.25)*(Tile Bonus+Resource Bonus+Race Bonus+Event Bonus)=total rp for a given factory

My game experience seems to contradict my understanding, but I'm not 100% sure.
