Team maps in the Forge editor, how to start together??

Yeah, so i made a kickass superb team map. And then i find out that no matter what i do the start locations are random, even with locked teams and all kinds of tricks ingame..
Why?

Go into the forge editor, players, and set the team index (0-9) so the players are on the same teams in the index.

In the Player Editor is a "ThemeGroupIndex/Name" entry, does anyone know what it is? Or the PictureGroup?
