User Actions?

On the victory game recap screen, what exactly does "User Actions" mean?

It seems I always have 8-10x the number of these than the friend I play with. Micro related, maybe?

It's how many meaningful actions you have taken (such as selecting a fleet and moving it, so yes it is micro related)

means you spammed a button/mouse that many times during one game, someone i played had over 3000 "User actions" while i had 900 and still ranked 1 overall.

Well i believe its bugged..
If some of you can get a screenshot and show it to each other from the same game. You will see that each of you have a much higher user action then the other.

Thank you, folks.

That is what I originally figured it was, though I wrote that off due to it being a steady increase with little deviation up or down. In some of these games, I know for a fact that I was spiking my micro during certain battles and not seeing anything suggestive of that on the recap.

Maybe it is bugged beyond simply erroneous reporting of others?
