US Prison Camps? Could This Be For Real?

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/pages/camps.html
This article got me thinking some weird things. Could this article hold any truth to it? Why are the structures there? What's with the razor wire, guards guarding empty an empty camp. This is shocking if true or possible. This martial law thing is being spoken like air these crazy days. If another terror attack hits the US maybe these camps will fill up? Whatsay likesay cats?

The name of the webpage/section gives this one away 'conspiracy links' - I think that legs are being pulled here. Ofcourse it's possible, but in this case it's not very believable (the perfect mimicking of nazi concentration camps reveals a complete lack of imagination from the author). Why do you think that it's real?

Ya the US Government has 600 prisons out there that no one has heard of before. Also the towers are a little off for a prison. Look at the source and read between the lines. Also don't ya think the razor wire is a little low to be a barrier of a prison? Just doesn't add up man. I will look into it though..I'll get back to you.

well the structures appear to be there. Why?

Photo's of the structures are on the website, but how reliable are they? You still haven't said what it is about the article that makes you think that it's true?

Who are they gonna put in there? If you are a die-hard conspiracy fan you don't believe there's really a governmental split between liberal/conservative. That is supposedly all for show like elections. So it won't be the conservatives putting away all those nasty liberals. Jews? Hardly. Arab Americans? Why? On the whole they are less dangerous than the wacky conspiracy freaks that write articles like the one you link. Maybe that is who they are gonna lock up? Again, doubtful. You can see the mess involved in Waco and Ruby Ridge. The governent can't fart without all of them running to their bunker and loading their surplus AKs.

The US is one of the most subjegated nations on earth, not from authority, but from ease. We are far more outraged at insurrection than we are at governmental abuse. It is really hard for me to believe that the government would be the least bit afraid of this nation of sheep. So in the end you have to ask yourself what benefit there would be from putting anyone in these camps. The non-existant "threat" you would be quelling would simply risk waking a nation that is deeply self-involved.

Who is asking these questions? Newspapers? Cable News? Nah, just kooks. If you are really concerned try and get someone of merit to ask the questions, not some guy that can't do it objectively and turns the investigation into a paranoid soapbox. As it stands now you don't even know that those photos were taken in the US.

well we can argue all day. What makes you think it's not true? Lol. And Baker doesn't know the pics weren't taken in the US.

And you don't know that they were - hmm, have you got all day?

"What makes you think it's not true? "

Since when does the burden of proof rest with the people defending against accusations? How about I claim there are aliens among us and then leave it to you to prove there aren't? It isn't up to the government to prove paranoid kooks wrong. Would paranoid kooks ever believe them?

Listen, no offense, but I think you have it backwards. It is idiotic, frankly, to say that it is up to me to disprove someone else's paranoid thought. They/you are the accuser, so should I do the proving?

Have you noticed that there are no shelters? No toilets, nothing. You think perhaps they will intern tens of thousands of people in tents with no sanitary facilites and feed them out of their own pockets? For how long? What will they accomplish while these people are living on the government dime in tents that they couldn't accomplish now?

Or have you stooped so far as to believe that they are just gonna start killing people wholesale?

Laugh all you want, but you don't have anything remotely close to proof, you can't even prove to me that these photos were taken in the US, can you? Laughing is a good way to try and turn the scrutiny away. It doesn't work though, because I am not making any claims. It is up to the people making paranoid claims to face the scrutiny with whatever proof they can muster. As of now I see none.

P.S. I wonder how much tax money the government would lose with hundreds of thousands of Americans interned away from their jobs and not spending tons of money of necessities and luxury goods? I wonder how much money it would cost to intern these people? I have yet to hear exactly how the government could benefit from all this. How about a bit of motive?

Here is an utterly side-splitting quote from the article:

" The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading? "

Um... why would you expect a weather facility have prisoners? Unless you are totally biased by so many pre-concieved notions that you are useless as an "investigator", and can't even feign objectivity. He admits that the central area is obscured, that there are loading docks, but in his mind he can't fathom any use for this place other that government evil...

I think most of these idiots are really troubled by the lack of conspiracies, so much so they have to work to make their beliefs plausible. Nice, huh? People who desperately need to find a bit more evil in the world...

These are the place THEY put the people who are spotted wearing tin foil hats to protect themselves from the signals THEY broadcast.

Where do you think THEY take you in those whisper-jet black helicopters anyway?

Baker, you're right!  They don't have prisoners there!  Instead, they're using the facility to control the world's weather and unleash a super storm on the enemies of America!!!!!!!!!

Or Not.

lol. There are some serious questions to be asked here. No need to lower the troll threshold over it.

miki: I don't mean to lower the threshold, but the question itself is highly biased. Like the quote above, the guy has his answer, it is a weather facility. There are parts of it he can't see, there are loading docks, etc., but not a bit of it explains why he thinks the government is gonna intern tens of thousands of people in prison camps. Come on, you have to see that this is a huge leap in logic.

Let's say this ends up being an evil, illegal test site for chemical weapons, etc. That still doesn't mean they are gonna drag us out of our homes and imprison us. Gaurd towers != prisons, right? Doesn't it do a disservice to this kind of scrutiny to jump to a conclusion that biases people against your question?

I invited you or anyone else to say why you feel that it is in the government's interest to intern people. They won't pay taxes, they will have to be fed and clothed for an indefinate amount of time, and once it is over those in power will face the repurcussions for it politically. Please, tell me how this would be in anyone's interest?

If you are interesting in facts on the prison camps, Randi Rhodes has some wonderful insights: http://www.airamericaradio.com/bin/mediaPlayer.cfm from 3 PM EST until 7 PM EST. She has facts.

Mikimouse..............stop being an idiot. those pictures are fake. unfortunately, the Americans are to unpatriotic to lock up the real bad guys. I think we should have at least double the number we already have in prisons today. There are to many druggies, drug dealers, prostitutes, thieves, murderers, pornographers, pedophiles, etc. loose these days. I think we should fix our broken legal system and lock them all up!!!

Its nice to know that there is some kind of plan. So much of it seems so willynilly right now.
I agree with Dune. America shouldn't rely on the old nazi floor plan, surly something better has been devised. Whynot billet them in motel 6's? those have the feel of prison.
