'controlled implosions.'

I doubt a controlled implosion would have been as 'effective'...though it would have been interesting to see them putting the dust-catching tarpaulin being put over the towers first....;)

There's an idiot born every day....;)

It always poses a problem how to deal with buildings which are past their use-by date.  Something of the size/proximity of those towers would be by necessity a deconstruction, not a demolition....;)

I heard the "inside story" on the way they got it done. First of all, they promised the aliens that they've been deceiving the public about (you know the ones in the super secret Area 51), that they could have their freedom and their flying saucers back if they would do the dirty deed to the twin towers. Realizing that the aliens could become a potential security risk and might one day spill their beans about their part in this clever plot, they then told the Sasquatch that they would be given prime land in Alaska if they would dispose of a few aliens for them.

Well wouldn't you know it, the aliens signed over all legal rights to their flying saucers and all technologies developed from them (the aliens hadn't learned clever capitalist's tricks and fine print) to you know who..the happy trio. And.. the sasquatch forever gave up all land interests in North America and deeded it over to you know..the happy trio.

The aliens planted the fuel, used their sophisticated holographic technology to fake the planes set the timers and... right on cue the Sasquatch appeared and made short work of the aliens. However after all their hard work the Sasquatch well became ahh dare I say it, hungry. They stopped to dine on the alien carnage, the timer tripped and well the rest is history.

It's truly a biological miracle, the "truthers" have such vivid imaginations but no brain in their heads. ;~D

And GW is an Einstein. Where's a bag of pretzels when you need'em! ;p

Not saying thats what really happened...but the technology to do it does exist....like it or not.

But always remember...the government is your friend. ;p

It's always bugged me.  If such dramatic, important secrets are locked away in Area 51....WTF is in the previous fifty areas?

The Towers were brought down by the incompetence of the Bush Adm. to follow up on the extremists who were brought to light by the Clinton Adm.

Here's a theory...

Wouldn't it be special if the buildings were designed to collapse the way they did?

Oh wait...they were.

tossing a little stick into the crackling fire; what and why is that ancient symbol of a pyramid, with one all-seeing eye on the dollar bill?

Actually, "THE" site for aliens is Wright Patterson AFB.  Dont believe me?  Just ask any of the residents near by.

Ahaa! Those Rockefellers again ... undoubtedly part of their plan to create the New World Order! ... um .. or was it the Japanese architect?  ;p

Yeah...and Columbus discovered America. Half of American history is a lie. :SURPRISED:

The only good conspiracy is an unprovable one. You can debate them for the rest of your life and will never know the truth. ;) If you tell a lie long enough it eventually becomes truth. :SURPRISED:

It also becomes a potent weapon to beat your opponents, political or otherwise, over the head with.  ;)

You are correct, Dr, Guy. Formerly Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio. Supposedly alien ships and bodies found since the 1940s were kept in an underground complex, dubbed "hanger 18".

However, true UFOlogists now believe that the government moved the alien ships/bodies out to area 51.

I just watched this on The History Channel 2 days ago..... :CONGRAT:

dubbed "hanger 18".

Empty stubbies and pizza boxes?...;)

That one's funny, but (at the risk of a little shameless self promotion), I like mine better. ;~D

I think it's hilarious that the same people that squawk about Bush being such a big idiot are generally the ones that claim he is the mastermind of [insert evil plot here].

I wonder who here has read 'Tragedy and Hope' by Carroll Quigley and Edward Bernays' 'Propaganda' (1928)?

Opening paragraphs of 'Propaganda':

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country.

We are governed, out minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society.

From David Rockefeller's 'Memoirs' (page 405):

"For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure — one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

Logic is not one of their strong points.

I think Bush is a big idiot...but then that would be an insult to idiots...and he certainly isn't capable of masterminding an evil plot...he's just the pawn...when the man speaks its glaringly obvious he's an idiot.

The thing that concerns me the most...even more than Bush...is the apathy in the people of this country that allows idiots like him to get away with the things he does without questioning. Whats the common excuse..."I'm only one person...what can I do?" Well...he's only one person....yet he enslaves a whole country into apathy so easily. I find it chilling that he can stand there telling such boldfaced lies and people just shrug they're shoulders and do nothing. This man should have stopped dead in his tracks when he made he intentions known that he planned to invade Iraq and "rid the world of terrorists"....knowing full well that is impossible. Yet here we are....billions of dollars in debt for nothing and who suffers for it...everyone but him.

And logic certainly isn't the strong point of those that think he is anything but an idiot.

That's why we all get to vote Web.

As long as you vote you got every right in the world to complain. If you qualify to, but don't exercise the privilege, then you become a part of the problem rather than the solution. In the case of the President it sometimes comes down to voting for the lesser of two evils. Majority rules.
