On cursor fx theme site has cursor xp themes. Dont seem in install. Maybe I am just confused. Shouldnt the cursor fx themes and cursor xp themes be seperated? Hard to tell which is which. Any advice? [email protected]

Try reading this other post. All new theme files as far as I can tell have to be manually copied to the CursorFX theme directory. You will find some of the newer themes in the CursorFX gallery are in fact CursorFX theme files.

Thank you for the information. Oh boy, sound like more design work is needed. Guess it is just me. Wish they would have the two different cursors in two different directories...Guess it only makes sense to me. :NOTSURE:

What themes are you having troubles with. XP themes are supposed to work with FX. Many of the cursors I have made I made in XP while FX was in development then just handed them over. You can also convert a XP cursor by opening it up in FX and saving it as a FX theme. If you have one you want to convert let me know.

CursorFX will run CursorXP themes. Going forward however, CursorXP will not load CursorFX themes because the format has been extended to support effects inside of the cursor files.
There was an issue with Cursors not being loaded correctly on XP, but that has been resolved in the latest build.
