Visual Studio 2008

Hi there,

I am running CursorFX Beta 4 on Windows Vista Business. All seems to work fine until I use Visual Studio 2008.

When I am in form design mode then the cursor is continously flickering between my CursorFX cursor and what appears to be the default windows cursor but could be a specific cursor used by Visual Studio. When I am in code entry mode then the cursor does not exhibit this behaviour.

Anyone else seeing this?

Have you checked your current video drivers? Also is this Vista?

Yes this is Vista Business. I am running this on a Lenovo X61 tablet and using the lastest drivers available for the machine. It uses the Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family.

This is the only application I am having an issues with.

I had the very same problem with VS2008 on my notebook. But since I downloaded the latest version (v2.00.002) from SD Central it seems to be fixed. I wonder if it works for you too.

Let me know if this is an update trouble. I will try out some ATI drivers here to see if there is something that can be replicated.

I can confirm that the problem I reported initially is also fixed by the new release.
