Need Help Using Skins

I'm not sure what to do. Do I need to pay for software in order to use the skins? I downloaded the Leo II skin but can't figure out how to apply it. Can someone try to help me?

you don't mention what sort of skin it is. To apply a windowblinds skin you need to install the windowblinds program. there is a free trial available. most of the skins here require a particular program to be installed in order to be used. please be more specific and we may be able to offer more help

Leo does, but what is Leo II ? and where did it come from ?
