M-Peg 2 Codecs

Tropical Paradise dream

I just downloaded Carguy1's latest Dream "Tropical Paradise" and upon selecting it I received an error message advising that it " may be an invalid video type or a compatible M-Peg 2 decoder may not be present!" All my codecs were up to date and I confirmed that M-Peg 2 playback was not disabled in the functions guide. I un-installed the codecs packages and re-installed, rebooted with no change. I see by the comments that some users have had no problem loading this Dream. Processor, video and ram are all top end and all other Dreams play with no problem... has anyone had any similiar experiences or any ideas as to a fix?

Keymac, I uploaded a newer version for better mpg compatibility. Try it and see if it works for you.

Hi CarGuy1... thanks for the quick reply! I see by the date/time stamp that it was uploaded in the evening, but it doesn't seem to be posted for download as of yet... I am looking forward to trying it out... btw, if you like tropical themes I am working on one that might catch your eye. I'm a newbie so I have to work some wrinkles out... :d
