can't apply a skin!!!

skin help

from WinCustomize Forums
everytime I try to apply a skin it goes to windows classic instead of the skin I choose.
or nothing happens.
I tried everything I could possibly think of.
Help.

I take it you are talking about WB's. Go into WB configuration and copy system info and post here. What OS are you using?

Well I can see it's the shareware version. Where did you download it from? The problem you are getting normally happens when the trial period is up.
