Help making a character.Please respond

Whenever i try to make a character on the metaverse site it always says that the characters are invalid and need to be alphinumeric.I try to make them right but the same message every time i try.I need help! X-(  X-(  X-(  X-(  X-(  X-(

you must be putting a character such as a "." or "-" in there somewhere, and missing it. At least that's what I am gathering from what you posted.

remember that you will need your serial number to create a character also.

Silverbeacher is correct. The character issues or absence of the serial number will give that particular error message.
