Can't Download Bonus Pack

I purchase a retial version at Babbages, have downloaded StarDock, but cannot download the Bonus Pack/Update. It will not accept my CD key.

Did you go for the direct download (on download-page of the website) or through the Stardock Central (SDC)?

If using SDC - did you select GalCiv as application (not drengin.net) when you entered the cd-key/serial in SDC?
