Can't recolorize??

Says it's not installed?

Hiya, I am trying to use the recolorize package option in the Icon Developer and when I do so it opens the Icon Packager which confused me as to why, but I went down the list and found the package I want to colorize and right clicked it to choose colorize and when I do so it says I must have Icon Developer installed to use this and asks me if I want to go download it and if I choose yes it sends me to the site to download it.

I already paid for Object Desktop that has it in it and I do have it installed, is there something else I need to do for this to work? Or does this only work with the external version of ID?

I did uninstall and reinstall it also and that didn't fix it either. Any ideas of what I need to do please?

P.S. I am on:
Windows XP 64-bit
1 Ghz Ram
Not sure what else you need to know so ask if there's something I missed please, thanks :)

go to the .icl (icon library, not the icon package/ip), right click, select open with Icon developer. in the icon developer window the 2nd toolbar down go to the recolor icons button, this will open the coloring configuration window, color as needed then clik OK, then close the Icon developer window this will prompt you to save the Changes.. select yes...This is the only way that has worked for me....all other ways generates errors and kills the packages...
