CursorFX - Cursor Disappearing Behind Menu/Task Bar

Hi.
Could not find a specific thread committed to cursors, so sorry up front if this is not posted in correct location.
Problem as described- cursors used through CursorXP work for about 5 minutes then begin going behind drop down menus and rthe task bar.
If I refresh my skin through WB's, the cursor goes back to working for several inutes then reverts back to the "riding behind the menu" state.
Any help would be appreciated.
