How to install new cursor

Can someone inform me on how to install a cursor into cursorxp? I want to add a new cursor that I downloaded, but when I go to add it, I don't see an option to install the file. BTW, the cursor I downloaded is a cursorxp cursor I got from wincustomize.

First off, are you using CursorXP or CursorFX?

The file should be a .CurXPTheme, if so just double click it and it will self install.
