How do I unload Cursor XP/FX?

I am finding that some programs, especially games that have their own cursor, do not get along well with Cursor XP/FX. Is there a way to "unload" it for the period I use the game (in much the same way that you can unload Windowblinds)?

yes go in to the configuration window and look for "disable" or windows default cursors and apply...this will revert them to their default state...

shift + ctrl + c

That doesn't help much... then the cursor dissappears entirely.

It's not supposed to  :)
CursorFX is still in beta.  There may be issues.

there is an easier way. in the cursor fx control panel select/enable the windows default cursors. this closes the cursorfx main executable. it shuld hold across reboots also.

The quick keys are different.

crtl+shift+c for XP
crtl+shift+v for FX

excuse my post above. i did not fully read the first reply. it should still work. another thing you can do is get yourself a startup manager. there are plenty of good free ones out there. you can disable cursorfx from there.

Is there a shortcut key combo for changing them to windows default? Or is that covered by the Ctrl+Shift+V?

By the way, I should say that I am right now using XP because FX causes
Explorer to crashe on a regular basis. Is there a windows default cursor setting in Cursor XP? I could not find one.

at the bottom there should be a Disable all box .. check it and apply, this should turn the cursors back to the defaults...

The only problem with the "disable all" option is that the mouse cursor dissapears altogether. I suspect that the problem I am having here is a bug of some sort. Does the same thing happen when you "disable all"?
