I have to wonder why I allow a parasite like Col Gene to keep posting on a blog that exists solely because of the previous tax cuts.
If you are so certain that the government is the answer, go find a government blog to post on. Goddamn parasite.
I'm so fucking sick of hearing you argue that I don't pay enough in taxes when I probably have paid more in a year than you have your entire sorry life time. I'm not your fucking slave, Gene.
I work my ass off every day and I resent the implication that I and others like me are expected to shoulder all the weight so that losers like you can sit on your asses all day complaining about me on a site that I freely provide.
I mean really Gene, do you even have a fucking job? Do you? Please. Tell me what YOU do. Do you work full time? You make various claims at various times. Let's here specifics: What is it you do all day every day for a living?
The idea that I should pay vastly more for less services than even the most pathetic loser of an American is such a corruption of what the founding fathers envisioned.
Sure, it's easy for someone like you to talk about raising taxes. What do you care? You pay squat in taxes. Oh, your wife's brother or whatever needs health care help so it's MY job to pay for it and what I'm already paying isn't enough for you. No, I need to pay more so that you can feel good about a theoretical balanced budget that will never happen as long as Democrats are in charge and adding ever more goodies to the parasite class.
I don't care about the poor. I don't care one bit. They could fucking starve for all I care. I know more about the poor than most people here. I grew up around them, I was one of them. But anyone who is poor byut able-bodied and asking for hand outs at 40+ is a parasite that does nothing for our society other than leech off the good hard working Americans (i.e. the 50% of the population that actually pays income taxes).
But let me tell you Gene, if my taxes go up, I'll find perfectly legal ways to largely eliminate it. It's all about what incentives they create. Raise my taxes too high and I rebase the company in fucking Ireland at 12% income taxes and start outsourcing to other places where I can get people who don't have a feeling of entitlement. And then guys like you will whine about that never realizing that it's the policies that you support that lead to these problems.
Because here's the end elephant in the room: I can plainly see how you need me. But I don't see how I need you. And as our economy becomes more globalized, governments will have to pay a lot closer attention to how they treat the people who pay the taxes (not just me but everyone else too).
