Running apps in Tabbed Dock

how please???

I just bought ObjectDock plus, for the tabbed dock feature, very good and all, yet i can't find how to put my running apps into a tab, all I need is to do this and I will have my perfect mac-ified XP Until I do get my Mac :D

So basically, that all i need, thanks

Right click tabbed dock > Tab Settings > (opens Tabs & Styles) > Add Tab > Add a taskbar tab. :HOT:
