Why do cartoon movies have bloopers and deleted scenes?

Silly question perhaps, but I just can't quite figure out why cartoon movies would ever really have deleted scenes, and most especially why any would ever have bloopers.

Ok, deleted scenes I guess make a little sense because the writers/directors might have created some scenes that they expected to work in the movie and then took out, but bloopers in cartoons?!  How?!  Created intentionally or not at all, right??

I'm with Tex on this one. The 'bloopers' during the credits are sometimes the best parts of the movie. I say they should keep putting them in.

Planned bloopers?  That would be the only reason.  I guess for the extra laughs.
