cursor passing under frames!?

I had an unusual event occur yesterday while using cursorfx... for some reason, the cursor starting passing under the frames and title bars. I restarted the system, which cured it. I don't know what precipitated the event except that I had a half dozen programs, including Dragon Naturally speaking, running at the time.

Happens to me with the free version of cursor XP when I change resolutions.

Windows XP Pro SP2. No other skinning apps (outside of Object Dock/Wincustomize) unless you want to include Rainlender. I think I have discovered the trigger for the bug. Both times, the problem occurred after I used alt-enter to toggle between the full (high resolution) screen and the normal (low resolution) windowed screen in WMP 10.

It is a Windows issue tagged as not going to be fixed by Microsoft. Best fix is a reboot.
