Can't seem to be able to change cursors on CursorFX

Hi, i just installed the CursorFX beta version and it seemed to work at first but then when i tried to change the cursor in the My Cursors section, it doesnt seem to work. for example, i clicked on Drop Plus and it gave me the Drop Plus cursor but then when i choose another cursor in My Cursors section and click Apply, nothing happens. it doesnt change the cursor to the new one. i did click on Shift+Ctrl+V and then got my old cursor back. but when i click on Shift+Ctrl+V, then i get the Drop Plus cursor again but no other cursor. i run Vista Business x32bit. cheers.
