Democrat Debate- Same Old Nonsense

Todays debate shows once again democrats are relying on the same old nonsense they have for years....the rich and business are the enemy and only government can solve your problems. You can pretty much sum up the debate with the usual talking points:

1. Successful Americans must be taxed higher.
2. Business must be taxed higher.
3. Government should provide health care.
4. Leave Iraq even though we are succeeding

It's quite funny to see democrats talking about how they will reduce the budget, at the same time talking about government health care and other social programs. They can't get everything they want paid through raising taxes on a select few, so eventually everyone else will get the bill.

So as usual democrats offer nothing new or of substance, just the mentality that raising taxes on employers will somehow make your life better, which in reality it never will.

All points that are highly likely to escape the minds of the Democrats (as evidenced by yet another article by the leader of the Clueless pack...)

I wonder if anyone really thinks either candidate will bring something new to the table.  Why bother having so many debates if the candidates are only going to rehash the same old talking points.

Have you noticed that the news that comes out of the debates aren't about the issues, but how the children didn't get along?

Just remember the last democrat elected to the office, and how fast he broke his cut taxes pledge.  It seems these clowns have learned one thing - not to promise to reduce them.  So increasing taxes on all of us is their next broken promise.

It only took the clueless one (not a local JU name) in our state 6 hours to break his promise in 2006.  It took Pelosi -12 days to break hers.  What is going to be the new record when one of them is elected?

Let's just hope she doesn't get the opportunity to say "I worked harder on that than I've ever worked on anything in my life"... as an excuse for reneging on it. ;~D
