Probabilities

can it be done?

I see a probabilites line in Phase lanes and in planets, so if you change it to .5, does that mean that planet would have a 50% chance of appearing?

would that couse a bug? becouse of the phase lanes that go to that planet, and the planet doesn't exist?

has anyone used this?

Phase lanes aren't guaranteed. They have a probability of appearing so the map can vary a bit each time you play it depending on the values picked.
