messed up picture

when i make a logon the pictue i put in some times has stuff erased from it like some on wentinto paint and just spaypainted over some parts of the picture this also happend when i DLed some other ppl's is there a way to fix this?

depends on if the one you want to edit has a splash screen ls will mess up if edited and splash screen probly what you should do is edit color of background make black white too some times work but mess up if splash screen
