I'm sick of the lies and bullshit over the Berg execution. Take a look, if you can stomach it, at a real beheading, done with the same style knife the CIA (Al-Queda) guys used on Berg. Compare this real video with the fake CIA made video, then tell me if you still think the Berg lie is true. Trust me, it's not. When you click this link, on the right hand side under 'movies', go to RUSSTHROAT and be prepared for a real gutting of a neck. Once that's done it's clear to see that the Berg video is simple trash.

Miki, I've already seen this, and it's sickening, just like the Nick Berg one was sickening - so I'm not going to go look again, and would advise others not to either.

You know, just because there weren't giant suprts of blood doesn't mean the Nick Berg one is fake.  As you so readily point out, it's a poor quality tape - but I suppose that only matters when it's supporting your conspiracy theory, right?

no dharm. Not conspiracies. Facts. No blood from neck = fake or already dead. Sounds coming from Berg's supposed killing = nothing like reality. Be serious. And thanks for saying you won't be watching it again. I hate it when people comment on something they never have even seen. If you did a search on it you'd find lots of articles written by surgeons and the like and they all say the Berg clip was not real, ot at the very least he was already dead when they cut his head off. I have one clip of a russian officer being beheaded like that with a knife, and it's long and brutal and LOTS AND LOTS of blood spurting out of his neck. If you saw it, you'd know Berg's clip is shit. I don't know how to add a movie link to my thread. I know how to link something, but not an individual clip I have on my hard drive. Any solutions?

The quit saying that everything is a conspiracy!  Gosh, according to you the government is out to get everyone, we're all being lied to about everything, all the time, nothing is as it seems and we should all watch our backs.  I mean, what else would you call your theory about the Berg tape if not a conspiracy?

The problem with the Nick Berg tape is that it is in amazingly bad quality.  The clip that you pointed to was much clearer, and long term (it cut out for an undetermined time then showed the blood that poured out).  Nick Berg could have bled more than what was seen.  Where his head was was covered in shadow.  His head was dripping when lifted.  How can anyone prove that the shadows weren't filled with gushing blood?

I think that people just want to believe that it wasn't real.  That think that it is somehow better that he was killed ahead of time (with the thoughts that maybe he didn't suffer as much). 

People want to see the Iraqi people as victims.  They don't want to believe that they can kill somebody like that.  They were outraged by the US "torture" of soldiers (which really was more embarrassing than actually harmful to the prisoners).  They don't want to believe that something "worse" is happening over there aimed at US citizens.

I use the duck rule. If it looks like a conspiracy, sounds like a conspiracy, and the person saying it is notorious for hating the government that is part of their claim, then it's a conspiracy. ANd in this case, this conspiracy makes no sense. At least the Moon landing conspiracy theorists have reasons why they believe the moon landing would be faked.

No, to me torture involves real physical pain, or something that truly affects your life.  What happened to them was more embarrassing than anything else.  Lets see....hmmm...pictures of people in fake porn positions and people being told that they would be blow up if they moved during a relatively short period of time (but no physical harm happened)  -or - terrifying then beheading a man- which is one is "torture".  Yes, what happened to those POWs was *cruel*, but it can't hold a candle to the *torture* that their own government was performing.

It's nice to see that you aren't quick to judge people or to categorize them.  After all the gore and hate that you seem to be drawn to like a moth to a flame, I truly doubt that any opinion that I have could truthfully "shock" you.
