SR2 comes with Starforce protection?

Quick question, the review mentioned that SR2 includes Starforce copy protection - is this still the case? I heard that the Starforce developers themselves had asked publishers to remove their product and am wondering if the publisher of SR2 has done so.

So, if I buy SR2, do I have to get it with Starforce?

The version of SR2 we sell at TotalGaming.net does not use StarForce. The retail edition does, however.
