Strange behavior - Object Edit with Vista

Hello,

i have edited a html file located at "C:\Program Files\Hotkey\" with Object Edit (by right click and selecting "Open as Text") and save the file.
If i double click the file or even open it with Windows Notepad i see the old unchanged version of the file.
But if i use Object Edit to open the file i see my allready changed version of the file.

BTW im new with VISTA. Maybe some new it's not a fault it's a security feature ?
