Playing a Video After Logging In?

Ok. This is probably the craziest thing you may have ever heard, but has anyone found or possibly know a way of making Windows Vista play a video, like the one below, after logging in?

That is not possible at this time and may never be. I'd doubt it based on the video drivers available at boot.
