SKS6 vista visual style import....

Is it possible to import Vista visual styles into SKS6, like you were able to do with .msstyles in SKS5?

I have tried it numerous times with no success. I was wondering if I am missing something or the feature is not included in SKS6.

I'm afraid not.  It's not likely to happen any time soon.

In Windows XP, the bundled visual styles (.msstyles) actually had a documented skin format.

But in Windows Vista, the .msstyles are basically a glorified bitmap resource that is a huge pain to disect.

And while I am biased, I think it is fair to say that msstyles on Vista are hopelessly crippled. On XP, you could at least make a pretty good skin.  I am not sure it's possible to make anything that isn't a total Aero derivative on Vista.
