All righty, i dont know how many people own a PSP, but as of the firmware update to 3.71, and a few less than simple methods before that, themes are available on your PSP. they are "relatively" easy, and there's one program that compiles them after completion after the wallpaper, icons and subicons have been created.
if anyone's interested, the requirments are fairly simple. the wallpaper HAS to be the PSP's max resolution, 480x272, and the icons are all 64x48.
since i wussed out and stopped making a windowblind, i can actually make a few of these, and have done so in less than 2 hours apiece. so, PSP themes are cool, and if you've ever seen a PSP in default theme, it's almost as bad as Luna. just saying. i've already seen some amazing work done with this software, and it's freeware, so no registering, or paying.
