WindowBlinds Theme Idea

I was recently looking around for a Toronto Maple Leaf windowblinds theme and didn't find any. What I did find was a package from stardock called mycolors which can give me a whole lot of skins that are customized to Toronto Maple Leafs. I have never done any mods and was going to try to do it myself but it would likely be towards the end of the hockey season by the time I get done. LOL! If someone out there has anything like this already completed or would like to work on this as a new project that would be greatly appreciated!!

Also if anyone has any tips that would speed up my own creation that would be useful. The two main features I want to try to include is the start menu icon and the menu itself.
