How to load a sound scheme automatically when XP boots?

Good Day. Does anybody know how I can get windows xp to automatically load a sound scheme when I turn on the computer?
I have many sounds from Stargate on my notebook computer. But every time I turn on the computer, it loads the default sounds. Then I adjust the volume and I get this more than annoying super loud beep in my headphones! My version has Samantha Carter saying with some concern, "Sir, we've got incoming!"
