I hope Hillary wins it all

I have to say, the way things seem to be going, I'm really expecting Hillary will probably win the Democratic nomination, and yeah, I expect that Newt Gingrich is probably right in expecting that Hil-dog will win it all if she does.

Why though am I, someone that falls mostly on the right side of the political spectrum at all excited about the possibility?

Well, continue to the comments area for The Rest of the Story (to borrow some words from that famous radio guy, Paul Harvey).

As I just commented in a short discussion with a co-worker with similar political leanings, firstly, I expect that Hillary may win because there really are that many idiots out there that would vote for her.  People that just can't see the real Hillary and can't understand what they would be voting for if they support Hillary.

Secondly, if Hillary wins, that single event could do far more to galvanize and rejuvenate the base on the other side for several elections to come.

Thirdly, well, related to the first two items here, Hillary's administration and the scandals and failures that would likely come from same would likely teach many individuals to be careful what they ask for as they just might get it.

And finally, the number 1 reason (sorry, I didn't want to take trouble to do a genuine Letterman style top 10 list) is:

So that I can get a bumper sticker that says:

DON'T BLAME ME, *I* DIDN'T VOTE FOR THE BITCH.

I should add here that we all should consider just how much savings we could generate for the Government transporation costs for the Executive Branch if Hillary wins:

The fuel savings from not running Air Force 1 should be trememdous. Maybe even enough to fly Al Gore all over the place so he can preach on about Global Warming.

Yes, as many conservatives are moaning now over Bush.

Precisely why the right is singling her out, hoping she wins the primary.

NOT all the right.  IN the little time she is in office, she has the capacity to do a lot of damage, and I am not looking forward to that.  I am not talking about the left agenda.  I am talking about the stink of Hillary's past deeds being magnified with her new position.

Yeah, there weren't any scandals or failures in the current administration. (rolls eyes)

That is why there are so many Bush former administration figures in jail, right? {rolls eyes}

That would be genius, or at least it was when I learnt me how ta spel.

(and yes, the Bush voters were at the higher end of the intelligence spectrum, all things considered )

Who said that the action has to be illegal to be a scandal or failure? I think there have been more than a few scandals and failures in the current administration.

Oops, my bad. I guess every comment I ever made should now be considered irrelevent. I should have just went with smart - lol, even a non-genius like me can spell smart.

It seems a conservative has a featured article at this moment that can't even get all the words in his title spelled correctly.

Oh, so in YOUR OPINION, the whole administration is a failure or a scandal. Just not in the eyes of the law. Shall we compare the last 2 administrations? One of which you seem to want to return in 08? Hmmmmmmmmmm???????????????
