MyColors - No skin on Taskbar

No skin at all, not even Vista

I'm having a problem after purchasing the VA Tech Mycolors bundle. Everything changes but the start/task bar loses it's Vista skin and reverts to no skin at all...W2k look. Windowblinds works with no problem so I'm not sure what's going on. I've emailed support but they are extremely slow.
