I have a question about the EULA for WindowBlinds.
So that I can have ready access to EULA's, I like to create copies of the EULA's of software (and services) that I run or subscribe to, and put them in a convenient place (such as My Documents\EULAs), and also print out one hard copy and leave it in a binder on my shelf.
However, the EULA for WindowBlinds (3.51 Enh) contains a clause saying that if I don't have permission, I can't reproduce even a portion of it. This would mean that both of the above actions would put me in breach of contract. This is inconvenient for me.
I'd like to know why I'm not allowed to keep copies of a contract that I'm agreeing to by using the software.
