Any way to change resolution out of game?

I got a tiny problem, I just installed Gal Civ again, and decided to crank the resolution up a bit, just to find out that instead of showing me the full screen, it now just shows me the top corner blown up to fill the monitor. I cant access the menus in-game because they appear somehwere off the right-hand side of my screen, so is there any way to change the game resolution out-of-game so i can play again?

Go to your MyDocuments/MyGames/GC2 folder and open the pref.ini in notepad. Edit the height and width to what you want and save it. You should be good to go then.

btw if it's DA go to the GC2Dark Avatar folder.

Thanks! I changed the resolution and that didnt work, still appeared in the same res

but then I changed the fullscreen setting to "0" and that windowed it so i fixed it either way. Thanks again.
