Change Vista Windows Explorer white background color

Aero theme has this white background color, and until now i haven't found a way to change it.

I've tried many WB skin with different background colors, but when i use them in Vista all turns to white...my eyes hate it!

Is there a way to do that, maybe with the new WB6 coming out?

SkinStudio 6 should be able to change this, but apparently there is no way to make it transparent either. I have some skinning design ideas that would require that and for some reason it isn't possible at all.
