How to creat boot screens...

I am looking to create my own boot screens, but I don't know what program to use...

Can anybody tell me what program I can download that will allow me to create my own working "*.bootscreen" files??

there are no programs to built bootskins all you'll need it's notepad, a graphic editor (like photoshop the gimp...) and winzip or winrar or ...
