Can't run windowblinds

I have installed the public version of WB on a new machine. However, everytime i run it, i get the message saying it is being blocked by an anti-spyware program......additionally, it provided me the option to run additional process which i did, but unfortunately, WB still doesn't work.  So what i did was to uninstall AVG antispy and reinstalled windowblinds public. well guess what, i still get the same message....and i still choose the option to run additional processes and still, WB doesn't work. Is there something wrong with my machine? or what....any assistance would be very much appreciated Thank you so much guys

If the program is being blocked on install you need to unblock, how you do it depends on the program that's blocking it in the first place,lets assume you have no other antispyware app installed all that's left is the firewall and settings in "network & internet connections' inside the contol panel,then click on internet options,advanced tab and select allow active software to run in files,it's down the bottom under security ,that's all i can come up with without being in front of your comp
