Is there a way to Make the Ares Skin do what the Fresco skin does???

The Fresco skin lets u make the windows transparent when u click on one of the buttons on the left side. Is there a way i could edit the Ares skin and add that feature to it??? Im new to this so please help me

No, Ares has per pixel window frames, extra buttons are not supported on this type of skin.
