I think one of the reasons the way the IRS is enforcing income tax is because it contradicts the 5th amendment and it clearly states in the IRS code that income tax on a employees labor is optional. Something else I know about the 16th amendment is that it was suppose to be temporary and that it was targeted towards the income for a business on there goods and services not the individual employees labor. I think it's the 5th amendment that states that an individual can not incriminate himself (self-incrimination) and the 16th amendment clearly contradicts this since tax payers have to file their own taxes and that is why many people in congress did not want to ratify the 16th amendment and it was never fully ratified. This has been a big issue for a very long time and for many many years cases have been won over and over again in the Supreme Court because the Supreme Court goes by the book most court below the Supreme Court do not. Not paying your income tax is very risky but if you get charged and can take your case to the Supreme Court your safe....

I do not think that's all the detail on the matter there's a few more reason that income tax is not legal and there's a very good documentary that covers all this: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1656880303867390173&q=from+freedom+to+fascism&total=1102&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0 The name of the documentary is "From Freedom to Fascism" it's a very good movie and a big eye opener.

OK that's all I have to say on the matter. I understand your scepticism and there was a point in time that I trusted the system as much as you do but once the truth is revealed it is hard to feel safe. I know I may seem paranoid but I have seen some very good documentaries that uncover some crazy things that the government has done and surprisingly there's a ton of evidence that proves it. Things have been uncovered and proven over and over again, but will never get out. Please just have an open mind to what people have to say because no matter how crazy it may seem it just maybe true because this is a sick and crazy world and people that you may think are good and looking out for your best interest are not.

actulyl techily yes it is, and theres been documented case of IRS feds quitting and then not paying income tax.

really only people who could take law to crout are people with money like bill gates.

untill someone takes it thro all branchs local state and then federala nd superm theres nothing any one can do about it.

thing about it is this where they catch you.

if you never paid it then you dont have to pay it suppoly. but once u pay it then you obligate your self to paying it.

thats usally what happens when you are tooken to crout on local level. for it.

crout finds that its not mantory but self obligation to pay when you already have been paying.

Example would be land owner ship.. if you put a fence over on your nedibough land and fence beent here for so many years and u have kinda claimed it you have right to it and its no longer there land.

if you pay someone 5$ month just for heck of for so many years that person has right to except you to keep paying them.

example if someone mows your grass for 5 years or something they have right to keep access and may even have right to claim the yard.

if you give a service for free becuas eyou being nice but then decide that you no longer want to give service for free or if you want to chrage you may be olibagted to cuntiin side service to person for free or you may not be allowed to terminate that service.

the income tax who pays who dosnt falls under this same guide lines.

and the examples i used are true iv seen people get stuck with these exact examples in crout.

my old man is land lord and almost got stuck with losing his land do to ahve someone mow it in here in WI for so many years.

andthere fine example I just thought of is my freind he had a wood in back and was allowing nebeoror to come and cut trees down to use as fire wood.

well he decide not to allow it any more but neibor took him to crout and crout side that they have right to come and take tress that they want beucsae they where gratned and rendere service for so many years that they now depend on it supposly.

income tax falls under this same princable.

when u frist got your frist income tax forum you supose to fill out saying that you decline income tax and that you under so so and do not have to pay becuase u never have paid befor and if u keep doing that then u never obligate your self to paying it.

once you obligate your self then your screwed.

this also brings up question as to what right goverment has to know what you have or do not have.

example personal properity what right dose govemrnet have sending someone around to investgate your home with out a warrnt.

goverment dose this sends out tax auditor to invest gate what u have or do not have inside your home to try to yank money from you.

but tenchily govbemrent has no right to come into your home or to valuate anythign with out a warrnty suppoly.

that being side what right dose govemrent have knowing how much you make or do not make in year ?

sorry about typing and spelling right now i was little busy when i wrote this.

also if people did not know this FED is actully illage its praviet controled comapny that is not govern by congress and it was not created by congress it actulyl was pased into exciste when congress was out.

Wow, nothing like tax protesters.

Well the IRS special agent who didn't pay taxes is Joe Banister, who was convicted of failing to file taxes in 2005. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Banister.

The arguments about constitutionality have been ruled on as frivolous. Basically, if you argue them in court, you get fined. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_protesters.

So here is the deal, the Courts have already ruled. You don't get to determine what is and what is not Constitutional. Your arguments have been heard by the Courts and rejected. Now go away.

When it comes to forum posting, I think not using spellcheck, or not even trying to use some approximation of proper grammar, should be illegal.

If you do not like US taxes, you are free not to live in the US. I'm sure if you look you can find somewhere else which has lower rates. :)
